Priority Phone Support
In case of an urgent concern or question, we have a dedicated support engineer on your side that will handle your phone call with the highest prio-rity. With AIO Care, you will also have access to skype/facetime service.
Phone Training Session
AIO Care Plan members can schedule a 30-min customized phone/skype training session with one of our AIO Care experts. Learn about the full range of capabilities that ZEUS can offer you for your specific need.
Priority Email Support
If you prefer support via email, we will have a dedicated support engineer whose priority is your email help request. AIO Care Plan members will receive same-day email responses (no later than 24 hours).
Hardware issues with ZEUS are rare, however,AIO Care members can enjoy express replace-ment if any issues arise. We will ship you a brand new replacement parts as necessary, you just have to return the damaged parts to us!
